Are Tafweej papers required now for folks who are going to go for Umraah on an Umraah Visa?

Is Tafweej required if one is landing in and starting from Madinah?

Is Tafweej required once you travel to Madinah to Makkah?

Getting conflicting advice from friends who did Umraah last year and my Travel Agent.

AsA Brothers & Sisters,

I will be traveling to SA for Umraah in a couple of weeks. Looking for recommendations for a reliable, affordable Taxi/Transportation service for Airport/Hotel transfers.

Don't want to deal with last minute negotiations, haggling, etc. Who do you recommend?
