I'm relocating to Bangalore soon and joining as a Software Engineer and My office is located in **Bagmane Capital Ferns City, Mahadevpura**. Looking for a **1BHK flat** to rent and would love some local advice before I start reaching out to brokers.
**What I'm looking for:**
- Spacious 1BHK
- AC in bedroom (or AC-ready room)
- Good view — not looking into another wall 😅
- Gated society with security
- Decent gym, maybe a clubhouse/pool
**Areas I've heard about:** Whitefield, KR Puram, Marathahalli, Brookefield, ITPL side — open to suggestions!
