Had a very successful year through UpWork, hoping to graduate to Toptal.
I have the live coding session next week and have heard it’s brutal.
Has anyone taken the exam recently, and if so, any words of advice that would set me up for success/what to expect?
I hear many great things about Toptal, so I really want to nail this!

Obviously no one knows but with Asha restructuring Xbox and has to at least be considering the idea of removing steam on the next Xbox Helix console... I wonder if in the future they would stay on "PC" through the Xbox app vs putting games on Steam? It's not like they're leaving the PC community, they're just moving them to their platform of Xbox PC App/Ecosystem?
Playstation seems to be completely locking down to their box, no PC storefront or anything.
SteamOS has lots of pull but no way to access the top games majority of the average gamer will play.
Seems like at this point assuming Xbox sticks with exclusives, you're basically back to picking where you play based on the exclusives you care more about. I have all systems but do desire to just narrow it down to 1 box that can do majority of it all in a plug and play way. Gaming news is so fascinating!
Upwork is not my primary means of income, so I’m not primarily focused on this channel, however, it seems like since maybe April, impressions/clicks/invites whatever it is dropped off a click randomly. I started back in January, just randomly fell off.
Obviously millions of freelancers, is there a wiki on how to optimize your profile to stay where it’s being pushed or is it entirely random?
Is it due to me not really applying much anymore or what? Wasn't a problem till recently. Tried reading through others experiences with this but it definitely seems like a common thing. It’d be nice to have Upwork as a great inbound channel again but invites dried up!
