Really struggling with my ball starting right, like in this video. Not sure if it’s more a club face issue or path issue. Would appreciate any thoughts

I (23M) noticed my right shin was very dry/scaly this winter, but ignored it since dry skin is common during northeast winters. But now, on top of it being dry/scaly, I’ve noticed red dots, thin purple veins, and other strange discolorations. It’s not itchy or painful or anything like that. My girlfriend suspects this is the result of me not wearing sunscreen, which I’ll admit I’m not great at. My left shin is also dry and scaly, but doesn’t have the strange dots/veins. Hoping to get some more opinions. It doesn’t show up great on camera so I tried some different angles/lighting. Thanks!
