TW: testing positive

I've had an ectopic pregnancy Feb/March and unfortunately had my right tube removed mid March.
I had my "period" (second since surgery) 21st May, the first period after ectopic wasn't too bad, just a lil heavy, this one wasnt overly heavy at all but the cramps were SOMETHING ELSE, that lasted three days and stopped which was odd, and then it re-started for two days with light bright red blood, I didnt think much to it and just thought it's time to try again.
I started ovulation testing and it wasn't showing, after two weeks of no ovulation (the one last month was very early) I've decided to not waste my pee and dip a pregnancy test in just on the off chance this is why I'm not ovulating. Well 1st of June showed a very faint line on CB, I wasn't reading too much into it but continued pregnancy testing.
Here I am, 7th of June, results using two different brands..
Today's result was showing quite strongly compared to previous, as was yesterday's on CB.
I'm trying not to get too excited yet, not getting my hopes up too much yet but I'm feeling positive and I'm hopeful my rainbow baby is coming ❤️🌈
