I've been in touch with Microsoft twice to see if there are any restrictions on my account both times, I've been told there are no issues with my account. But for some reason basic search has stopped crediting on mobile and desktop.

Everything else works perfectly I can earn points via check-ins on mobile and complete the daily tasks I can also get credited the extra points for doing specific searches via the cards. I can also get points for playing on xbox with no issue but for some reason none of my basic searches credit points.

I've redeemed gift cards and sweepstakes entries, and the daily sweep stake check in credits each day without having to search, has anyone had this weird status on their account or found a way to fix it?
