Has anyone had a similar reaction to waxing your underarms?

I’ve waxed myself for a few years now but this last time (end of Feb) this happened. My arm was fine the first 2/3 days and then it got itchy so I scratched and it gave me a rash almost… I’ve stoped scratching it but …it still looks like this

I’ve been applying aquaphor to see if it heals but nothing. It’s only on this arm and it’s not on the “pit” part that I waxed and more the outside. The “burn/rash” does have a different texture than the rest of my arm.

Recommendations? Do I need to see a dermatologist?
