Question regarding a website policy .

Hi , i have a question regarding this policy. " The reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited."

Let's say I use an image of a website but modified it a bit , changing the background color for instance then i post it on another website. Is this considered an offense or because ive put my personnal touch into it mean it doesn't fit inside that code ? Let me know , thank you 🙏

Hi , i have this xbox original halo edition ( console with box ) the asian version . I know its quite rare and I was wondering if I wanted to sale it how much approximately would be a fair price considering the market . The box has seen better day . It damage and there are some spots looking like paint splash ont it . There is no Manual , only the console, boxe abd controller. I dont know if im gonna put it for sale I just want to have your opinions about it since I can't find any recent sold listing on internet . Please let me know , thank you 🙏
