How long did sertraline withdrawal last to be completely fine?

I quit sertraline 3 months ago,I did a really careful tapering for 4 months to avoid heavy withdrawals,I had a few rough weeks and sometimes I still get waves of withdrawals, but what I'm experiencing right now i don't know if it's a part of it I have severe pain in the nerve that runs trough the eyebrows in both sides also visual disturbance blurry vision, snow vision, severe light sensitivity, not able to focus on one item when the eyebrows pain gets intense also the vision discomfort gets worse!I'm trying to stay positive and remember that withdrawals can last up to 6 months I really hope for this to get better 🥹I'm just tired..did some of you experience anything similar?

I quit sertraline 3 months ago,I did a really careful tapering to avoid heavy withdrawals because I'm really sensitive! After the third week of quitting I started having withdrawals for a few weeks then they stopped I was feeling good normal i was so thankfuland glad🙏 ,bit than i took a gabapentin a single 100mg dose for nerve pain and I believe it ruined everything 🥺it's been almost 2 weeks I took a single gabapentin dose and I feel horrible in feel so sick I feel week i get waves of anxiety i don't understand what is going on i can't take this anymore, chatgpt says it's because my brain is still recalibrating and gabapentin shaked everything 🥺I need to believe this will pass🙏
