Just wondering what your preference is in lectures to use? Note that I am old school and I print the lecture slides and take my notes direct on the slides.

Ok say what you like about Aims and I have a few times as she is certainly not favourable however for once she is real and letting her follows know about her upcoming surgery!

I agree with her, it’s not talked about and as someone who is going through some similar problems it can be hard to navigate. As a woman it can be isolating having these problems and looking for the closest bathroom every time you enter a building, shop or restaurant isn’t normal! If affects daily decisions eg should I start going back to the gym? No because I don’t want to piss on the floor by accident! And it can affect relationships, being intimate is uncomfortable and not enjoyable!

You look at these influencers and they wish a big fat reality slapped them in the face and this time it has. If you read this Aims thank you for using your platform to normalise this even if your other behaviour can be questionable.
