a question about a drive up orders
A guest was patiently waiting outside with the trunk open. I’m busy delivering orders. I passed by them at least two separate times still patiently waiting like some magic is suppose to happen. I asked them if they had order they said they were waiting on a car seat. So before all of this happen, we gotta order for a car seat that was like five minutes away. About a minute away it disappeared from the Driver screen. It didn’t alert that the people looking for the car seat were outside so fast forward to them waiting outside. I tried to find their order in the system, but I couldn’t. They showed me their barcode, but I had no way of inputting a pin so they followed me inside and I let a team lead know and somehow they got a confirmation email, even though no one input anything
