A guest was patiently waiting outside with the trunk open. I’m busy delivering orders. I passed by them at least two separate times still patiently waiting like some magic is suppose to happen. I asked them if they had order they said they were waiting on a car seat. So before all of this happen, we gotta order for a car seat that was like five minutes away. About a minute away it disappeared from the Driver screen. It didn’t alert that the people looking for the car seat were outside so fast forward to them waiting outside. I tried to find their order in the system, but I couldn’t. They showed me their barcode, but I had no way of inputting a pin so they followed me inside and I let a team lead know and somehow they got a confirmation email, even though no one input anything

I was doing returns all day today had a guest she had bought shirts online she wanted to return them. I’m helping her with returns explaining the process as politely as possible. Explain her that part of the money can go back on a card and part of it can go back on a gift card or everything can go back on a gift card. She’s like but why I paid like $60 for this stuff. Everything should go back on my card mind you She had two separate returns and the return I’m doing was like $15. So of course she doesn’t understand. So I called a manager. She said the exact same thing she’s like oh I get it now

So last year I got a write up for not doing stuff the way the team lead wanted it done exactly how he wanted it done the first time he wrote me up as soon as I got done signing the write up he’s like and now you know my expectations I was trying my best and my TL was like you’ve been here for extra amount of months and you show no improvement.
