Molar band along with crown dislodged

So i had gotten a zirconia crown on my left 4th quadrant two years ago. And i had my braces since last dec

Now since my ortho decided to start with lower braces he places the molar band on either of the six one which had the crown

Two hours in the molar band and along with the crown came off- is it common??

I have texted my orthodontist but i was wondering should i go to prostho tmr early morning?

So i have this small raised painless bump like i think more than six months? Right below my lower canine-

There is no pain around that region and i thought maybe it could be due to trauma but idts traumatic bump last that long? Brushing i wouldn’t say that since i brush for 1 min using soft bristles brush in circular motion i am just concerned about that small raised bump

Also i have noticed that when i press the bump it flatten due to pressure but com back to same level again

Please help me out
