I’ve posted about a million times about this machine in various subreddits, but the lowdown is I ordered a brand new Omtech polar lite back in January, and have since had a myriad of issues with the machine, such as air pump arriving broken, water tank broken leaking all the coolant out, lense getting burned up by running two jobs. I believe all of these issues must be related to one another, but i got a replacement air pump from the company and installed that, then had the water issue that took a while to resolve, they finally sent me the new tank but after everything else and the lense burning out and it just not performing the way a new machine should, i requested a refund. They gave me a partial refund since they did not want the machine back and could not refund me for the lightburn subscription i paid for. With all the repairs i’ve tried to do myself i’m still out some money on the machine, but i truly cannot mess with it anymore, i am not that tech savvy. If someone wants this machine and would be willing to pick it up from Savannah, GA, i would be willing to give you the whole thing (dm me for more info), with the replacement lense i bought, replacement tank i haven’t installed, and a whole gallon of coolant as well. It’s only been used a handful of times, the laser tube is definitely able to fire at max power, i think there must just be something going on with the air assist, etc. i do believe someone more experienced than me could get this machine working nicely.
