Why is the AIIMS Guwahati cutoff lower than that of other AIIMS, despite having a beautiful campus?

Why is the AIIMS Guwahati cutoff lower than that of other AIIMS, despite having a beautiful campus?
Here is how this works:
Step 1: Someone drops a completely random starting line in the main comments to initiate a thread.
Step 2: Anyone else can reply to that comment with the next sentence to continue the plot.
Step 3: The next person replies to that reply, building the story line-by-line.
You can start as many independent story threads as you want! Let’s see if this community can actually cook up a coherent suspense thriller, a psychological horror, or just a masterpiece of pure comedy.

Hey everyone! I’m considering RPGMC Tanda and would love to get a real picture of how things are there right now. How are the academics, patient exposure, hostels, and overall campus vibe? Also, how is the situation regarding ragging/senior interaction, and living in Tanda in general? If anyone studying there is open to sharing their experience (or let me DM them a few quick questions), that’d be super helpful. Thanks!
Please suggest some colleges from aiq in north india
*"An ancient valley was carved by a constant river that ran through a fixed groove in the stone. Over centuries, the water wore the path down so deep and flat that the stream became perfectly shallow, allowing any creature to walk across without effort. The valley elders, busy with other matters, relied on migratory birds that nested on the banks for a solitary season to watch the crossings. Because the waters were so predictable and the nesting birds had no bond to the land, a pack of mountain wolves easily mapped the low shallows under the cover of night. They crossed effortlessly and consumed the valley's rare blue flora. When the sun rose, the elders looked upon the barren fields and decreed that the river gates must be closed, forcing every creature to endure the crossing through the high, treacherous mountain passes instead."* :- a text from 1543BC
The secure line on the desk buzzed. No caller ID. The man in the sharp suit picked it up, leaning back in his chair. "It’s done," the voice on the other end said, skipping any greeting. "The 1543 BC text is playing out line for line."
The man smiled slightly, looking out the window. "Of course it is. We didn't spend the last forty years aligning the stars for it to fail now. People think history just happens, but we built the tracks." "True," the voice agreed, sounding relaxed. "The work we put in during 1967 and 1991 was the real heavy lifting. Setting the stage back then... that’s what made all of this possible."
"And look at them now," the man chuckled softly, tapping his pen. "The stream became shallow, the wolves walked right across under their noses, and right on cue, the gates are slammed shut. Now millions of them are forced into the mountain passes. They actually think it's a glitch in the system."
"They always do," the voice said, a cold edge creeping into the tone. "They think he lost in 1945. They never understood that his true legacy wasn't the territory—it was the blueprint for absolute, flawless uniformity. Eighty years later, under a different sky, Hitler finally won." The line clicked and went dead.
Part 2:- coming soon
We are spending way too much time rotting online, overthinking, and letting our brains turn to mush. The vibe is heavy, so I’m starting something completely different to shake things up. Welcome to The Order of Evolution.
If you want to join, you must swear allegiance to our four core laws. They aren't jokes—they are real challenges designed to level up your confidence, mind, and body while keeping things interesting.
Rule 1:- Talk to one stranger or classmate you rarely speak to every single day. Ask a shopkeeper how their day is going or give a genuine compliment.
Rule 2:- The first 30 minutes of your morning must be completely screen-free. No scrolling, no notifications.
Rule 3:- Do atleast 5-10 minutes exercise everyday. You can split them up however you want throughout the day.
Rule 4:- Spend just 10 minutes a day creating something instead of consuming it. Write a paragraph of a dark thriller story, draw a terrible sketch, or cook a quick snack.
