10 : Rei is the weakest in that list, even tough he got smashed by Kuroki, he is a strong fighter and underrated, he is probably the fastest in that list and that's it, he is mostly carried by his speed but in term of strenght he is pretty weak (even tough with his insane speed he could land a good amount of damage) and his durability is pretty average, that's why he is 10.

9 : Maybe controversal here, but Raian is only 9 for me, i know in term of strenght he is a top tier and he also have a really good durability, but he get too much carried by his Removal, his fight IQ is also very law since he was only using raw strenght and always underatting his opponents (costed him the win vs Ohma), against top tiers with a good fightening style or with higher stats like Julius he gets beaten. If he showed Kure Clan techniques, i could put him higher but he didn't so he is only 9

8 : Hatsumi is hard to rank, but i would put 8 because of his performance against the Fang, even though he beat Waka, Feats ≠ Statements so i lower him to 8th place since i put him 3rd in the previous ranking, anyone above him is just better or have performed better in the tournament than him

7: Kaolan is 7th, Even tough he gave Kanoh a really good fight, i don't see how he could beat Durability and Strenght monsters like Waka or Julius, since Setsuna has showed some techniques that could bypass your durability and Ohma has Demon's Bane, but Kaolan don't have that, since he is only a Striking monster but i think he is still very close to Ohma.

6: I put Julius on 6th, because in terms of strenght and Durability, he is one of the best fighters, his fight vs Waka showed how strong he was and has i said before, he is above Kaolan because of his strenght and Durability. But he lacks of technique (since he doesn't have a fightening style) and only uses his strenght, that makes him very limited and if you have techniques that counter strenght or that can bypass durability, you're most likely to win Vs Julius, so he is at 6th.

5th : Setsuna is probably one of the most complete fighters, he uses Niko style who is the most complete and versatile fightening style in the verse, Even tough he's a Ohma victim, he showed that he us pretty strong since he fought Kuroki and lwk put a decent fight, he even landed some hits on him with very dangerous techniques that bypass durability or who aims your vitals points (By just Touching Ren's Hearth, he got OS), he also showed a good durability since he got hit by Kuroki's devil lance and somehow survived.

4th : Waka has top 3 strenght in the verse, and also one of the best durability. Unlike Julius who is only Strenght based, waka uses some kind of Karate that's makes him more versatile and complete and that's why he is 4th, anyone above him has defeated him once (expect Kuroki) so that's why he is 4th.

3rd : If we take the Ohma who was clashing with Kuroki at full health, he is top 3 in the verse, he also uses Niko style completed by Advanced than he can use to 3 différents levels, he also defeated Setsuna and Waka, and gave a good fight against Kuroki, he is probably the most versatile fighter in the top combined with Mastered Advance that gaves him a strenght and speed boost, he could beat anyone below him and maybe the 2nd. He also have many techniques like Demon's Bane that counters Strenght based Monsters like Waka (that's why he won). His only major weakness would be his limited stamina in advance but otherwise he is very versatile and can handle almost anyone in a 1v1

2nd : The Fang of Metsudo itself, he beat Kaolan, Hatsumi and Waka in the past, besides Kuroki he is the strongest here, even tough some people like Kaolan gave him a really good fight, he has one of the best arsenals with his Formless style that allow him to adapt against any opponent, he also get's stronger everytime he fought. I think he would beat Ohma since Kanoh can always Adapt and unlike Kaolan who is a Striking Monster, Ohma is more a well rounded fighter but he don't outstat massively Kanoh everywhere, maybe in Advance he would get more speed and Strenght but Kanoh has an insane adaptability that's really hard to break if you're not a stat monster in one category.
