Sloppily made on my end sry

I love cooking a lot of cuisines but don’t know much at all about making non-Baja Cali Mexican food, but it was Mother’s day and wanted to help her and prove myself and momma wanted to cook Mexican with me ☺️

I tried, I think I sucked at making the flour and corn tortillas from scratch.

But I think was able to help well with the Lamb and Chuck Roast barbacoa due to my knowledge on slow cooking meat or meat alternatives.
