Hi everyone, I need help. I've been making music for years now, but only recently started using a Mac. Im having an issue I cannot seem to understand audio wise. for some reason whenever I use an audio interface my audio plays only in mono. I've scoured the entirety of apple settings and any fix or trick that anywhere has given me has done nothing. my sound isn't set to only play in mono in my accessibility settings, my audio interface (universal audio volt 2) claims it has 2 outs-a left and a right channel, but even playing these back both sounds are central with zero stereo output. im completely baffled, I cannot figure it out and its making me unable to work.

any advice, ideas or fixes would be extremely helpful and appreciated, thanks.
