2025 Honda H'ness- Handle Wobbles >60kmph + Weak Front Brakes, Service Centers Won't Fix

I’m looking for advice on a recurring issue with my bike, because I haven’t been able to get a proper resolution from the service centers so far.

My bike has around 6,000 km on the odo and is about 8 months old. I’ve repeatedly taken it to BigWing service centers, but the problem still hasn’t been clearly diagnosed or fixed.

Issue 1:

Handle wobble / instability at higher speeds :

At speeds above 60 km/h, I notice the handle starts to wobble slightly. This originally started when I was trying to see whether the bike could hold a straight line at higher speeds. I also noticed that the bike tends to veer slightly to the right.

After a few days, I began feeling very minor vibrations in the handle at speeds above 60 km/h. I tested it multiple times, and the issue became more obvious.

I took it to one showroom/service center first. They adjusted the forks, told me the issue was resolved, and sent the bike back. But after testing it myself, the problem was still there.

Then I went to a second service center. The service advisor told me that if the handle wobbles when the rider is not holding it firmly, that is not Honda’s concern.

I clearly mentioned that I can feel the wobbling even when I’m holding the handle loosely. They then tightened/loosened the main handle nut and told me to ride slower.

I’ve already checked tire weights and tire pressure, and both are fine. But the wobbling is still noticeable.

Issue 2:

Front brake feels weaker / less progressive

About a month ago, I noticed that my front brake no longer gives the same progressive bite as before. When I pull the lever harder, it doesn’t feel as effective as it used to.

I took the bike to two service centers for this as well, and both did the same thing:

* bled the brake system

*sanded the brake pads

At the second service center, I was told that the brake pads have worn down and may only last another 1,000 km or so. But the service advisor also said there is no issue with the braking system and that everything is working perfectly fine.

My own feeling is that the brake lever is now harder than before, and the usable movement feels reduced by almost 50% compared to earlier.

What I’m looking for :

* Has anyone experienced something similar? What could be causing:the handle wobble at higher speeds

*The veering to the right

*The front brake feeling less progressive and less effective

I’m also considering getting it inspected by an outside moto garage for a second opinion.

Any suggestions are welcome, because I haven’t been able to get complete or clear information online or from the service centers.
