There’s a particular kind of pain that comes from being removed from someone’s life without ever being told why.

No argument. No goodbye. No explanation. Just a gradual realization that someone who once made room for you no longer does.

And for a while, you might blame yourself.

You’ll replay conversations. Question your actions. Wonder when things changed and whether there was something you could have done to prevent it.

But eventually, you have to accept that not every ending comes with an explanation.

Sometimes people leave without giving you the closure you deserve. And as painful as that is, you can't spend the rest of your life waiting for someone else to explain your own worth to you.

Let them leave.

You don't have to chase someone who has already decided to walk away.

You don't have to turn their silence into a reflection of your value.

And you don't have to hate them either.

Just accept that they chose a life without you, and choose to build one without them.

One day, you'll realize that the person you were desperately waiting to hear from has become someone you don't need to hear from anymore.

That's when you know you've finally moved on.
