Things to check before fall?

We moved into a 1970s house this summer. First-time homeowner here. We have a few large trees that are already dropping leaves, so the first things on my list are cleaning the gutters, checking the downspouts, and trimming back a couple of branches that are getting close to the roof and siding.

We had a cooler morning the other day, so I also checked around the windows and doors with my tc004mini thermal camera. One bedroom window had a noticeable cold strip along the bottom. The weatherstripping is worn and there's a small crack in the exterior caulk, so I've added both of those to the list.

I'm also planning to check the outdoor spigots, clean the dryer vent, and replace the furnace filter.

Anything else I should add, especially for a house this age?

Need a quiet robot vacuum for daily maintenance cleaning

Okay WFH life has me staring at my floors way too much lately. Hair and dust everywhere and I'm just over vacuuming every few days. So looking at robot vac now, just need something for basic daytoday upkeep.

Torn between two:
dreame l50 ultra: heard the brand's really reliable, plus it's got quiet vacuuming and decent path planning
mova v50: newer brand, specs look solid on paper, but a lot cheaper

Anyone used either of these and can share how it's been?
