Bike is a Bergamont E-Revox Sport 10. I want to install a large folding lock on the forward tube. The total weight of the lock and holder is 2.47 kg. The frame is listed as super lite AL-6061 tubing. I can't use straps since it would block the battery lid on the side. Since the lock is so wide, it would be nicer to have it up against the wide forward tube. Are these mounting holes just regular water bottle mounts or are they reinforced to hold more weight?

Alternatively I can put it on the upright tube with straps but the holder is wider that the tube there. The grease marks are from the rubber on the back of the holder when I mounted it before doubting my decision. It does look like the edges of the holder goes outside the rivnuts and brace against the frame which give me some hope that it is safe for more weight than 1½ kg but I would like to make sure. I don't ride on mountain bike trails, only asphalt and wide dirt roads.
