I need to remove this lower panel in my back door. I’ve removed all the trim and the spacers no problem, but cannot get the panel to budge.

I’ve tried bracing myself against the wall inside and pushing with my feet, I’ve tried levering from the outside with a crowbar. I assume it’s sealed in at the back. There’s no removable trim inside the door (that I can detect - it seems moulded).

Sun is strong here today so it’s hard to see in the photo, but there’s a visible gap all round the panel now that the trim is out.
