Airtel is torturing me
I had a broadband connection which could not be shifted to the new location. I called Airtel customer care to close that service six months ago. I have received more than a hundred calls. I have blocked dozens of there numbers and they keep calling. Every now and then I receive a call to recharge my services that I can no longer use. I asked various call centre executive to stop calling me.
I got Little rude yesterday and the call girl threatened me that I will not receive ten call a day. First call came by nine in the morning today and then another. All they want is money even if the customer can’t use the services. I am planning to file an FIR, but then I got more scared.
What kind of system are we living in.
