Is it still possible to avail the scholarship before I even enroll this year? help pls

I qualified for this year's DOST undergrad scholarship po and have already received the email from NOA/DOST that I have qualified. Is it possible to avail the scholarship even though I am not yet enrolled? My enrollment in PUP is scheduled at July 8 2026 po kasi.
