ANA New testing?

I have been looking at most of the Ana questions posted but most of it is related to the ratio like 1:80 ect.

Ive had positive Ana test results throughout the years but my most recent one changed test type. Ei: previous results were around 2.5 and now its reading 107.5

Anyone else have a better understanding of the new ANA testing or information to understanding the new results?

It does say strongly positive but im struggling to find anything that related to the specific test.

(I've never had the ratio number from any of my tests is it a separate test or are people doing maths to get the ratio?)

Not looking for diagnosis just maybe some help finding more info. (i tend to like to read about lab results but am struggling to find info related to the new ana test)

Thank you for anyone who took the time to read.

What could cause burning hip pain and muscle weakness on right hip

So somewhere between 2-3 months ago i started to get a burning sensation on my right hip, outside. It didn't last very long and would only be there for a few hours then go away for several days before gradually getting worse. At the early stages it didnt seem to change with movement or by pressing on the area.

Now its everyday and it seems to be getting worse, like I'm gritting my teeth while in the car, I'm struggling to not limp. Laying done seems to dull it only slightly and its started to radiate to the back of the hip.

Im 26F hEDS, I started PT 2ish weeks ago for lots of muscle weakness in my legs and hips. Over the past year and a half i lost a majority of the strength and stability in my legs. (i was doing Parkour, bouldering, and able to take long walks (roughly an hour long without break or i could do an all day walking event like exploring a city but would need a few days of recovery after)) Now, i struggle to do a single day experience like that. I feel like my strengths been slipping through my fingers, im exhausted all of the time. I feel like no matter how much i sleep i am exhausted.

After my first pt appointment i could barely walk and i feel like we did 3 exercises with really low sets (i was doing barre classes and yoga and strength training) , after the second appointment i had a mental breakdown throughout the evening and couldn't console myself.

Ive been doing my exercises and ive noticed ive been getting strength back in my left hip, and my calves/ankles but my right hip seems to be getting weaker even over these past two weeks.

I can barely do clamshell (pt move/exercise) But my left is starting to be able to do them better, and easier and now i feel like i can barely lift my right leg off the ground, and when i do its barely 2 inches before it collapses.

I dont know what to do, or what could be causing this. Over this past year my entire energy profile has greatly decreases, i need more and more rest for less and less work. I did a musical last year as a dancer and now i can barely make it through a partial rehearsal when all i do is stand and walk across the stage.

(side note i was reffered to pt because i dislocated my ankle 2 years ago and i was worried it hadnt healed right, as it hurts super easily if someone grabs it, its still swollen slightly and feel like theres an octopus wrapped around it (numb feeling but not pins and needles numb) Ortho was supposed to do an MRI (was referred to them for that) Doctor said i had no strength and would discuss anything until i did a minimum of 3 weeks pt first.

Im just tired and worried, and i dont know if i should be worried but i am really worried, i feel like i cant walk around more than 15-20 minutes without needing to rest and even thats a stretch, using a cane helps but im definitely struggling and i feel like im just going to get told that its because I have hEDS but this doesnt feel like that.

(i do have an appointment its just a month away. I just feel lost so trying looking for possible causes)

Estore Purple Makeover Package for trade/sale

I have the purple makeover package, looking to trade it for either a different room theme, a pet of around 10 value, or possibly estore dispensers, or other items open to offers. Im willing to sell but prefer trade. I cant add it to the trade list as it wont populate/cant find it.

onset right arm joint pain

It started this morning and has progressively gotten worse.

Mostly just my elbow and my wrist hurt, the elbow hurt just strongly ached like it didnt want to be affected by gravity. As the days gone on its progressed further into the side of my forearm now hurts and my last two fingers(pinky ring) hurt at each knuckle and my hand hurts a lot. I was driving home and as i was driving i was struggling to hold on to the steering wheel my right hand/fingers are twitching and shaking. To clarify the whole hand hurts but way less than the right outer side of it. and specifically in the joints.

It hurts a lot. All I've dont today was drive to a coffee shop, then drive my mother to the airport.

26 F, im used to joint pain and my elbow hurting in a similar fashion once in a while, but its never been this bad.

Any thoughts on cause? Should i try to make it to an urgent care? or can this wait a few days for a doctors appointment?
