Our house needs some work due to water damage from an ice dam. We’ve gotten some astronomical quotes and am hoping to see what else is out there. Scope of work includes:

1. remove and install 4-5 cement board sliding. Owner has the siding.

2. 2-4 deck posts need to be removed, 4” post installed then reinstall the pvc deck posts

3. garage—seams on ceiling are covered by PVC. Some are coming undone so need to glue and nail back. 2 boards have fallen off need to reinstall, 4 seams need new boards installed. Owner has the boards. Need staging.

After 8 months of unemployment and hundreds on hundreds of applications, interviews… long lengthy interview processes that I’ve completed projects for them and then on the 4th interview they screwed me over… not being able to put gas in my car or get groceries… I GOT A JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
