I am officially 1/2 of the person I was 3 years ago. [325lbs - 162.6lbs]

07/01/2023 - 325lbs (I don’t have any true “before” pictures at my highest weight because I hated myself too much to take pictures back then)

10/01/2024 - 283lbs When I first started GLP1’s after losing 40lbs on my own with Keto and then plateauing for 6 months

06/04/2026- 162.6lbs (I’m celebrating .1lbs early but fuck it)

As someone with PCOS, GLP1s changed my life. It still wasn’t easy by any means, I cut out virtually all carbs and still to this day weigh and log everything I eat… but between GLP1’s and Spironolactone I feel like my body finally operates a little bit more like “normal” people’s and I have finally been able to see the progress I’ve worked so hard for. I weigh less today than I did in middle school.

NSV: Hello Single Digit Pant Sizes [Size 18/20 to Size 8]

I nearly cried when I fit into these size 8 American Eagle jeans that I ordered to have as a “too tight” pair to use to measure NSV progress.

But they’re not too tight… (a little snug on my thighs lol) they actually are too big in the waist. I couldn’t tell you the last time I bought a single digit pant size.. I was already in “juniors plus” sizes in middle school because I needed the “curvy” styles to fit my thighs/butt so this is a whole new world for me.

And unfortunately now I don’t have to worry about having too much ass for pants anymore. RIP 🪦

5lbs to go and I will be literally half the person I was when I first started 3 years ago (started GLP-1’s a year and a half ago). I can’t wait to mark that goal as achieved. 💕

Original SW: 325lbs 07/2023

Sema SW: 283lbs 10/2024

CW: 169lbs

I refuse to give up my extensive collection of anime shirts no matter how ridiculously big they are now, but seeing these photos side by side is kind of crazy. Day to day I swear I feel the same and don’t feel this much smaller even when I’m swimming in my old clothes.

Bonus Dexa Scans: -35.4 lbs of fat between scans. I can’t recommend the Dexa scans enough to help keep track of how much muscle you are losing along the way. I only wish I had started getting them much much earlier.
