Having trouble with the Yeti’s face!

This is the first time I’ve done a flat oval, and the piece didn’t come out so well. I want to restart the face, but wondered if anyone has a link to a video that explains it a little better than just the written instructions?
I’ll attach a photo of the instructions.

I turned Fred the Dino into Tyranitar the Pokémon! 😃

My grandson asked me for a Tyranitar stuffie, so I gave this project a stab. Considering this is only my third project (excluding potholders!), I am really pleased with how it came out.
I found the pattern for the triangle spikes here. I lengthened the tail by a three rounds of single l stitches, and used the tip of the fox’s tail for the feet.

How do you deal with yarn that unravels and frays? I HATE this yarn! I wish I could remember the brand. 😡

And I’m only about one third finished with the project. I feel like I’m crocheting with eight separate strands.

Just saw these crocheted bike covers at a rest stop in WA State! 🤪

I didn’t know that there was such a thing! I stand corrected.

My first Woobles! I bought the kit for Cornelius the Bee, and then used the Jack-o-lantern pattern for the pumpkin. (I opted out of the face.)

I made a car console cover for our chihuahua that loves to sit on it. Now it’s not slippery anymore! She even finds it relaxing! 🐶

My grandson wants me to make this Pokémon for him. How would I do it? Is there a similar Woobles pattern? TIA!
