L Lag gaye with Marq & Flipkart customer support
Ordered a Marq 24" inch monitor from flipkart in June .It worked Perfectly until today the display has gone dead. I have purchased an extended warranty for this product regarding the issues i saw online about flipkart and Marq products.Called the customer support centre but they are Saying that they cannot register my complaint. The customer support executive is saying that they raised my complaint to upper team and contact them after 48 hours.called 2 times for the same issue but they are Saying the same answer.What should I do know.Any help or Suggestions!
