i use omen gaming hub everytime i go into any game to switch to the performnce mod and maybe if the game was too heavy make the fans go max speed. but i had a problem couple of weeks ago. whenever i plug the laptop off the charger it makes weird electric noises and drain the battery fast. turn OUT the control panel was set to performnce plan even when i put the OMEN HUB into balnce mod wich caused the problem

i reinstalled window into my laptop and installed omen gaming hub again but today i notice that whenever i do the performnce mod it just doesnt change anything. the fans seem to work when i put them on max but the performnce mod doesnt. i even went to the control panel to check if it turned into the permonce plan but it didnt. any idea if that normal or if there is a fix to it?
