[IWC Yacht Club II Ref. 9709] Rare full 18k gold “Jumbo” from 1980 – Value estimate?
I recently inherited this IWC Yacht Club II “Jumbo”, Ref. 9709, dating from around 1980, and I’m trying to get a better understanding of its current market value.
It is the full 18k gold version with the integrated gold bracelet. From my research, this particular reference and configuration seems to be quite rare, with very few comparable examples appearing online, which makes it difficult to determine a realistic valuation.
I’d be very interested to hear from IWC collectors or anyone familiar with vintage Yacht Club II models.
What would you consider a realistic market value range for an example like this today? Are there any specific details about the Ref. 9709 that have a particularly large impact on value?
