After 240hrs of Singleplayer Campaign and A.I. games I lost my first and only 7x games in a row the last couple of days, lowest Rank I've been against is Gold 2 and the Highest Plat 3

Man this is so fun, I love getting steamrolled by a bunch of people over and over way above my skill level...

Do I even bother trying to keep at this? I can play against Ridiculous A.I. and sometimes higher if I'm absolutely locked in with a good match up but this is kinda soul crushing.

I'm sorry but being cannon fodder for these people isn't fun, I was hoping to see some adjustment in my matchmaking after 7x games but I guess not?

And like, the games are queuing nearly instantly, it's not like I've been sitting here waiting 5+ min to find someone because it can't, the longest I've waited is like maybe 45 seconds lol.

Everybody is playing Calvary civs. Calvary seems just diabolically OP right now, 10x games and it's all Cav civs. I thought spear-men and crossbowman were good against Calvary? Nope, Calvary eats me alive every time. Holy cow does anybody play or do anything else besides Calvary? I thought you build Spearmen and then Crossbowman against Calvary civs but it doesn't seem to do anything??

EDIT: 3x more games, one Gold 1, Platinum 1, and one Gold 2 (10x game loss streak, bronze/silver no where in sight) - Gold 1 guy just talked a bunch of shit to me after I lost and he was level 22 (smurf? They've only played ranked and quick match 1v1's pretty much only as the French and "This user has not yet set up their Steam profile"), sorry boys I think I'm done for a bit - super frustrating matchmaking experience, good luck to any new players and thanks for the guidance regardless. It’s break time lol.

The unique 1865 Carbine line dropped in October 2024, almost two years ago, the Mosin Match variants were added in March 2025 a little over a year ago, and Post Malone’s suppressed Krag variant and Maynard came in December 2024, about a year and a half ago.

I miss getting new unique weapon lines to mess around with each season. The 1896 “2.0” update was solid, but we lost a lot of weather effects and maps that had to be added back over time. Now that the game has basically caught back up to where it was, it would be nice to see some new weapon lines.

I don’t really care if every new gun fills some super specific niche. Most of the time I use a weapon because it looks cool, sounds good, has satisfying reloads, or just feels good to handle.

There are still plenty of unique weapons that could be added, some of them even fitting niche roles if that is the concern. What I don't mean is scarce weapons and I'd prefer unique weapon lines over variants but some new variants could be cool I guess.

After over 1,000 hours, I just want some new toys to play with. Skins are nice, but now that the game feels complete again, it would be great to get some fresh unique weapon lines. Crytek has already done a great job with how guns look and feel, so more of that would go a long way.

EDIT: I completely forgot the Mosin Match "shorty" line was added when I made the post because I haven't even seen that weapon since they were released, literally forgot it existed lmao

I have fallen in love with both of these guns and I love using them together. I'm just curious how others would pair them.

Would you go full size Drilling + Romero Hatchet? Would you go full size Romero Talon with Drilling hatchet? A different combination? How would you setup the ammo?

What do you think is the best way to pair these two weapons and why?

Trying to buy a 300bb pack to get an animation. I have $4 in my Steam account, I have Steam overlay on, I signed in and out, cleared Steam cache, restarted computer, tried different key combinations and from different places in the store to get the Steam page to pop up, verified files but I get this popup in-game every time I try to buy blood bonds. No Steam overlay shows up. I’m from the U.S so no locale issues. like I don’t know what’s going on, have bought from the shop many times before. Also on PC btw.

I have 1k hours in Hunt, been playing for 4 years, any ideas of how to fix this? Been googling and trying everything for about an hour lol.

At this point I can only assume there is a back end issue with the game.

EDIT: After troubleshooting and googling for an hour I just watched it randomly open to the Steam Wallet like normal. All I can say is, if you ever run into this, just wait an hour lol.
