I've purchased a cosmetic pack through wish bazaar but received a different one.
The in game customer support tab is absolutely rubbish especially for consoles and takes me nowhere other than a bot.

I was scrolling my phone while my character was on a train for today's challenge when I heard gunshots and got hit too. By the time I picked up the controller again there was a dead hogtied bounty target on the cargo wagon for me to collect.
I play in forced solo lobbies so this was a NPC encounter I had never seen. What did I miss?
