Pharmacogenomics providers in the UK

(pharmacogenomics refers to genetic testing to determine how you'd respond to different medications)

As a result of me being repeatedly treatment resistant, me and my psychiatrist decided genetically testing me to see how I would respond to various medications would be the next step. In ADHD subs I regularly see Genesight being mentioned for these tests, however they do not offer their services in the UK. Bupa does a similar test but their list of medications includes only 1 ADHD med. Does anyone know of any good providers in the UK?

Anyone else treatment resistant?

I've tried Elvance(Vyvanse), Concerta(Ritalin), Atomoxatin and Bupropion (Wellbutrin), as well as a couple antidepressants, and each time it's the same, some mild nausea for a couple days, after that it becomes indistinguishable from a placebo. I've also tried Dexamfetamine sulfate which did make me wired but didn't lead to any improvement in my life so I figured that wasn't the one either. And yes, we did up the dose up until the max allowed for each.

I (23M) am autistic, inattentive ADHD and had depression since I was 16. I've felt like my life just gets gradually worse each year, even before it became bad enough to be considered depression. It's only gotten worse since. I've tried everything: blood tests, iron investigations, supplements (iron, vit D and magnesium), sleep study, CPAP which I adjusted with the help of a forum, exercise and 2 therapists.

None of this has improved things at all. My ADHD and depression continue to get worse each year. It really disheartens me to see other people post about much medication helped them. I've basically lost all hope, it's hard to argue against depression when depression has evidence on its side. I've started self-harming and my strong fear of death is the only reason I'm not looking up how to tie a noose. I still keep trying to find a solution, but I always have the expectation that it will be another dud.
