The best way to find women is offline meet-up, the ones on social media are always acting classy on another persons money, I was having a conversation with a lady, the next she said she’s free to come over, she said I’d be the one to pay her transport I agreed, few minutes later she updated that she’s on the way, I asked her how much did she agree with the moto bike , she said 3500, for a distance i go with 2000, i told her to return back then sent her the transport fare, I don’t date inconsiderate human beings, if she’s the one paying I believe she’ll negotiate well or even use bicycles

She later said im broke, i asked her, you’re an adult that can’t pay your bill, yet you call me broke then blocked her

If anyone knows of organizations, shelters, community groups, churches, or NGOs in Kigali that assist with temporary accommodation or essential household items (such as bedding or cooking supplies), I would be very grateful for the information.
