There have been so many issues with preteens/teenagers at Masonville and the surrounding area this past year. Multiple fights breaking out in the mall, theft, the incident at plaza sushi across the street and now this today. I don't know what can be done but mall security and management do nothing to deter them. One Saturday after the mall closed (closes at 8 on Saturdays), there was at least 150 teens hanging in the mcdonalds and its parking lot across the street. There were two police cars trying to get them to disperse. It's probably just going to get worse with school ending this month.
This is the 3rd time the police have shown up recently on crosscreek. I was told a man was escorted out of the of the houses in handcuffs last week (I was at work when it happened). The police showed up again today and they've just been sitting there for a while. Does anyone know what's happening? There are a lot of children in this neighborhood and want them to be safe.
I know Wing Wah has closed but I saw it now says Golden City chinese restaurant. Anyone if its the same owners as golden city on commissioners?
