I just recently got a simracing handbrake and the polling rate of it is very low for the hall effect sensors it has (up to 12 bit read (1330 248BG) but the firmware of the chip a WCH CH549G micro-controller is dropping it down to around 8-9 bits (as is stated by its specifications online)

I would really like to tinker with the firmware to get it to read the sensors faster/cleaner and get a better curve, if its not possible i do have another route i can go just looking to see if this can be done without needing to go buy more for this thing.

So with the new removal of the NDA associated with the ETS, i am still wondering about a few things.

First of all and the most important thing that needs to be removed to make testing in the ETS actually enjoyable now is to remove the stupid watermark that's dancing around the screen (and always seems to go right in the middle of my screen when fighting, its timing is actually worse then someone coming to ask me to do something IRL), if there is no NDA, Then there is no need for it as anything that gets posted without the games version on the bottom left (that's not edited) should, surely there is a better way now to make sure no one can claim that the ETS is live servers. Honestly i don't see anyone really doing anything sinister and if anyone does it would likely be ignored by those who actually pay attention to what's going on in whatever they are posting/claiming.

Secondly, (partly fixed) is why can't we just spawn in anything we want, how am i meant to test Ref's items and such with the new patch when i have no GP coins and im not even close to getting GP coins from quests, that needs to be added for testing.

Lastly a discord server specifically for the ETS for those to chat and party up, to test other things that might require several people in said party.

Don't. Get a cutter that can do vector cuts or get a Die punch, look up a you-tuber called CryCry and follow his guides and links and you will find what you need at whatever price point you can afford, i was so hyped for this machine to automate the cutting process and save myself hours of gluing and trimming cards but it is seriously limited in what it can do in that respect, you will spend hours upon hours trying to navigate the apple tier software and cant even edit the corners they are forced at 5-7mm rounded and not a clean 2.5-3mm you have to print the cards 3x2 and even then you have to move them into one page as the cut border for the 30x30 mat is stupid most of the corner cannot be used at all (likely engineered to stop the corners from lifting but i don't see an issue with that with the correct mat even the light grip one almost bonds paper directly on it brand new and after washing it, if the software was more open to freedom of cutting then I wouldn't have as much of a gripe with this, and the machine wont even calibrate correctly, reinstalled the software 5 times, cleared caches several times did basically everything i could find on the internet to get this thing to calibrate and no it would just hang for 15-20 minutes before i reset it and the software, the only positive i would give the the explore 4 was that the test cut looked decent (besides the burred edges on the face of it, the back of it looked pretty clean)
