I've been having issues specifically when playing games and occasionally when navigating my desktop regarding phantom clicks and keyboard unresponsiveness.
THE ISSUE:
I noticed phantom clicks (left mouse button holding a left-click) when I played Arc Raiders. My weapon would suddenly fire without me pressing the left click button.
Same thing with the keyboard, some buttons like Tab, Q, Esc would be unresponsive. W, A, S, D would also act like I'm spamming them instead of being held down to move my character around.
WHAT I TRIED:
At first, I thought it was my mouse which was relatively new (Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35k) so I bought a new mouse (G502X Plus). The same thing happened; clicks would hold randomly.
Same with the keyboard, I bought a new one to test if the issue came up. Same thing.
Completely wiped my drive and did a clean installation of Windows 11.
THE SOLUTION:
Upon a clean reinstall of Windows 11, I started installing all my apps. Tested Arc Raiders and Windrose since the issue was totally repeatable and showed in those two games. So far so good.
It wasn't until I installed HAPTIC PLUGINS for my MX Master 4 in Logi Options + that it started happening again. So, I uninstalled the plugins and voila, issue is gone again. I don't know why these plugins are wreaking havoc with my PC.
Logitech should address this issue as it's really hard to detect. I just thought I'd throw this out there for people who are having the same problem. It definitely drove me nuts, so I hope this helps someone out there having the same problems.
