LTD through insurance question/advice

Hiya. I pay for LTD insurance thru my employer (the insurance company is NYLGBS) and I am wondering, those of you that actually applied and were granted it.. what was the process like? Bonus points if it’s from the same insurance company. My summary of benefits is so confusing. I’m pretty sure it’s saying I have to be out of work for 180 days because of my disability before the benefits would be considered. How would I be out of work for that long without losing my job? If I lose my job I obviously lose the LTD insurance. I used up my FMLA in December when I went on maternity leave.

Aggressive rooster to rehome

Protective, giant, beautiful 2y/o rooster located in NE Ohio looking to rehome. Outside of spring time he is a nice guy but he attacked my neighbors son so he’s got to go. Free. Barred rock/possible cross? Very large

Edited to add since there seems to be some confusion: put him in a stockpot. I don’t care. It’s just too much work for me. Free dinner. Come get it.

ETA: he has been dispatched

Hello all. I 30F am recently diagnosed. Not sure what type yet. I think SPMS but we’ll see. I have been having serious balance issues and leg weakness for years. Have a 4.5 month old baby and once I had him my symptoms really ramped up and I got serious about figuring out what was wrong with me. Anyway, I work in manufacturing. 12 hour shifts on my feet. I don’t know how much longer I am going to be able to continue working there and am feeling very discouraged. I make decent enough money I guess. $53k ish a year. I have no degree. I am also a felon (nothing violent, just drug charges) which prevents me from a large majority of decent paying desk jobs/careers. I also have severe brain fog and memory impairment. Am I just destined to live off disability? Any ideas? Has anyone in my situation asked for accommodations? I guess I don’t know how that works. There is no seated jobs on the floor at my work. Everyone in production stands all day. It’s not like I can ask for a seat. What do you all do for work? Those of you with severe balance problems, how do you safely get around at work?
