Razor speak: This screws over Mizuki who can't fully consume all available quills and any anemo on fielder that doesn't deal direct stellar swirl damage which only get the res shred and are otherwise are unable to consume her quills. It doesn't affect non-stellar teams.

My Svea was able to land an actually impossible citadel I can't explain.
Some arguments how such citadels could happen but which are wrong in this case:
"The shell ricocheted off the funnel/superstructure down into the citadel"
Can't be because the citadel was caused by an HE shell which explodes on contact with the first armor plate it hits.
"The shell hit and penned an exposed part of the citadel"
The only exposed part of the Stalingrad's citadel is the 180mm belt for which Svea's 30mm HE pen obviously won't be enough for.
"The shell magically phased through the exterior armor or found a weird hole in the armor sheme to hit a weak part of the citadel on the inside"
Even assuming this is the case the weakest part of Stalingrad's citadel on the inside is 45mm which Svea's HE would shatter on even if I for some reason decided to take IFHE.
Science can't explain this.

As a comparison the reaction multipliers for Lunar Charge and Lunar Crystallize are 3 and 1.6 respectively.
The contribution multiplier for each character is determined by their individual contribution, the one who deals the highest damage gets a contribution multiplier of 0.6, the 2nd highest 0.3 and the remaining characters 0.05.
Multiple cryo characters can contribute to an aura just like how multiple hydro characters can contribute in lunar reactions.
If you cause swirls it will immediately cause the vortex to explode at level 2.
Additionally you get a high jump-effect similar to Xianyun's burst whenever a level 2 vortex pops.
