From online BA to in-person Grad school adjustment? Help?

I am nearing the end of my program to complete my BA. I plan to attend an in-person program for pyshology at a university for grad school, but I feel so under-prepared.

Does anyone have any advice? Tips? Lived experience they're willing to share?

Chances of getting into a clinical psychology MA program?

So I have about 4 programs that I'm interested in. They range from competitive to relaxed admission process. I have a 3.8 GPA and I'm in my last year of my BA.

I have no research experience, unfortunately.

2 years of related work experience and a state government job essentially as a case manager.

I have no volunteer experience

And my goal is to attend a program with plenty of research opportunities so I can pursue a PhD in the future.

I'm not sure if I have a chance as of now. If I don't what could help my chances of getting in? And recommendations for good universities?

So I'm a current state employee. I applied to work for a different agency north of me back in February. I have been "In Process" for my application for about a month. I was very hopeful of this because I know the state takes a LONG time to get new employees in (for my current position it took 9-10 months from applying to start date). But just a 3 days ago, they reopened the posting (it still has the same close date of the original posting though, but they changed the compensation amount and added things to the qualification section.

I'm still currently "In process" as of today, but now I'm nervous. Should I be? Are there other factors involved? I've never seen this happen before. Can someone who works with CMS maybe give me some clarification?

EDIT: I just checked for the posting again and its gone. I was only up for 3 days. I think they might have needed to decrease the compensation and change a few things for the listing because it's definitely different than before. I'm still 'In process' status, so is not lost!
