Vanson Leathers Car Coat

Not sure what exactly the model is, might be altered model-J. I personally prefer shorter design but couldn’t reject this for the good price on fb market.

It’s also a piece of garment made of old competition weight leather, the grain is very, very clear to me with zero to a tiny little bit coating from my eyes. Soft to touch. It’s a pity that no coating leather no longer a stock choice from Vanson. But fully understand this is to do their professional design to racers on motorcycles.

I tried to layer the jacket with a raw denim jacket because my shoulder is really not wide enough, hope this is good!

UPS lost package found

I’m purchasing a leather jacket off internet and the seller shipped the jacket out at UPS store on July 13, it got stuck in my local facility starting from July 17 and finally update on Aug 3rd, I got the package on fourth.

I definitely make a hundred calls to UPS customer service, raising to their supervisors, getting all local facility supervisors phone number, and email ctome who connected me with a customer relationship supervisor, also get in touch with overgoods several times, no luck.

No lie, I wasted at least 10-20 hours and 20 days burnout on this. Sweat, cry, scream, and tears. I wish I could go back and insist using usps.

No one is really trying to / can help, I have to say, some people from UPS are very kind, like supervisor in Lathrop facility, the lady told me the only physical scan my parcel has ever had is the in store drop off, all other scans are logic… but no more than that, the only suggestion from everyone is they going to file a claim. I shouldn’t blame staff, I blame the boss for her incompetent to run her business and let the parcel delay. The local facility used to have the customer service table but apparent the boss fired them last year so even you get the phone number of local facility, no one is responsible for help.

The thing stop me from open a claim is that if I open an investigation and later they confirm they lose, it’s possible i could not get them even I found it is in overgoods later. So I just wait and wait and wait finally it updates

I’m sure this would not be my last time using UPS since some company uses it as default. But personally I would avoid at my best effort to use it again.

When the tracking finally updates and I was able to see it in the morning, it’s like a miracle, and burst into tears, not because the joy, but because the relief I was able to get after great sorrow.

Not sure if this is related, but on the same day I have another UPS parcel coming so that’s why people find my previous parcel in the trailer to same direction?

By the way, I got the brand new leather jacket in an incredible price, it’s my great find after months of effort searching on the market. A lot of other lost packages are even sentimental, that’s the reason why people like us wouldn’t simply accept a refund, it’s stupid. UPS staff is doing great, but leading team is a suck.

New Vanson in closet!

Got this today, previously got stuck in a local facility for 2 weeks when UPS was trying to ship it. Lovely leather and I’ll make sure I’ll never or at least fully insured using UPS!!!

I’m 6’1 and 160 pounds wearing a size 40, chest is good but arm is a little bit narrow, I think that’s common for new Vanson

I do notice the label is different from my previous Vanson, anybody has an idea on this? Maybe it’s produced in a special time period?

is "logic scan" common?

Hi guys, I have a package get stuck in local facility for over a week and I finally talked to the supervisor of local facility at Lathrop CA, the supervisor told me the parcel does NOT have a single physical scan and all scan is actually "logical" so it's a great chance that my parcel is still in the UPS store or somewhere in Texas. I phoned the UPS store where shipper shipped it out, but they are saying they definitely ship the thing out and is reluctant to get me to their manager. My question is, if all the scans are not physical, how should I find my package if not filing a claim. I don't wanna file a claim because after a week if they couldn't locate it they will stop searching and give me refund - buy my only purpose is to get the parcel.

I hope to get in touch with local facility at San Antonio at Texas, is there anyone have information for this local hub?

Also, since the shipper shipped the parcel from a UPS store, it's really hard to get customer from UPS... All clerks at customer service turned me down.

Get stuck at facility - what should I do?

I made several phone calls to UPS and UPS store and UPS cooperate. None of them could help or have information what happened to the parcel. From Google reviews I saw many parcels got lost in this facility. It’s a box and I’m really trying to get it, before I start a claim, what else should I try? Btw I’m not hoping to do the claim because once they declare it’s lost after investigation, no more things I could do to urge them search.

Thanks everyone in advance for the help
