Im mostly looking for Fantasy/RPG modpacks for 1.14.4 downwards

I'm a big soulsborne fan and I really wanted to trzy lies of P. The thing is, I have a really bad graphic card, which means I cant really run soulslikes. DS1 PTD ran at around 25fps, and Lies of P currently runs at 15-20 fps at low specs. I usually Play on xbox, but I already have LoP from my Steam family, so are there any mods to improve my framerate?
