Colossus idea

My idea for a tall skeleton colossus fight in daggerheart is to use the whiteboard as a vertical map. Each player can use one magnet for their character. I think switching from a classical fight on a horizontal map to this will be very cool :)

Of course, a fire could accidentally spread on the battlefield and force the players to climb the colossus ;)

What do you guys think?

PvP

If players want some sort of PvP combat (just for fun), how would you do it in Daggerheart?

For example, there is a fighting tournament organized in a town and they all want to compete. It is a classic 32 competitors battling 1 on 1 until there is one winner, where GM controls NPC competitors.

I feel evasion for PCs is a bit low against 2d12. Should it be raised by a couple of levels for PvP or maybe not? There would also be no hope/fear based back and forth system of combat since GMs doesn’t participate in PvP.

What would be your ideas for resolving this?
