I’ve heard we’ve got a biotoxin issue presently. Is that still the case and is it impacting Taylor? These sunny days make me want to go out there for some oysters and wine.

I cannot seem to stream radio (kexp.org) via my mint phone. It has trouble connecting, and then the signal is dropped. I thought this was an issue with my phone at first. However, everything works fine on wifi. To check network speed, I ran the test from fast.com... and I'm getting ~1.5 Mbps (ok, so that's the issue). Thing is I'm at about 27 Gb of usage so far this month on an unlimited plan. There should be no throttling at this point. So what's going on here?
