Why is this happening to me?
Every time I print a part with a smooth curve like the one in the picture using CooBeen filament, there is a raised line or two in a random spot. However, when I use eSUN filament, this does not happen.
Do you have any ideas?
Has anyone here installed a 5015 fan before?
I bought a 5015 fan, but it seems that its connector is larger than the connector on the original fan. I haven't been able to find a 5015 fan with a smaller connector. Does anyone have any ideas?
What are your thoughts on your printer after using it?
Hello guys, I want to know what you think about your printer after using it. What are its advantages and disadvantages?
How can you get past the blue screen on your printer?
This issue is called the blue screen, and it is one of the most common problems. It usually occurs when the motherboard firmware is missing or corrupted. As a result, the screen continuously tries to communicate with the motherboard, but it fails every time.
To update the motherboard firmware, follow these steps:
- Download the official firmware package from the Creality website and extract it.
- Take the Ender3 V3 SE GD303SWV1.1.0_HWCR4NS200320C13_20250422 file or the STM32F4_UPDATE folder (depending on your printer's motherboard version) and copy it to an SD card formatted as FAT32 with an allocation unit size of 4069. Make sure the SD card is smaller than 32 GB.
- With the printer powered off, insert the SD card into the motherboard's SD card slot, then turn on the printer and wait 10 seconds until the white Creality logo appears.
- Success!
- What if it fails?
Try renaming the GD303SWV1.1.0_HWCR4NS200320C13_20250422 file, or the file inside the STM32F4_UPDATE folder, to a name you have never used before, such as UPDATE.bin. Also, try using the firmware for the other motherboard revision. For example, if your board is C14 and its firmware files do not work, try using the C13 firmware files instead.
I can't connect to the printer in OrcaSlicer
I installed the Nebula Pad on my Ender 3 V3 SE, but it refuses to connect to OrcaSlicer.
Gemini told me that I can't connect to the printer from the slicer because my desktop computer only has an Ethernet connection and no Wi-Fi. However, I'm not sure that's true, and I don't really trust that answer.
What do you think?
Any Arabic-speaking Creality users here?
I noticed there isn't an active Arabic community for 3D printing on Reddit. If you speak Arabic and use a Creality printer, I'd love to hear from you. I'm trying to build an Arabic community where we can share settings, troubleshooting tips, and projects together

New update: besides the fake motherboard, it turns out I now have a fake processor too. 😂
Creality Support asked me to check the processor after I told them that the motherboard is labeled C14, but the screen shows C13. They sent me an image showing the markings on the processor for both versions. The markings on my processor were unclear, so I used Gemini to enhance the image. Once you compare the size and shape of the text, you can tell whether it's a GD or an STM chip. I have no idea why the hell this keeps happening to me. I wish I could go back in time and buy the Bambu Lab A1 Mini instead.
The C14 motherboard in my printer is fake!
Some time ago, I bought the Nebula Smart Kit, so I removed the bottom cover of my printer to check the motherboard version. It was labeled C14, as shown in the picture. I tried installing the Nebula Pad using the C14 firmware dozens of times, but every attempt failed, and I became hopeless.
Because of that, I tried going back to the original firmware using the C14 firmware, but that also failed. Out of desperation, I decided to try the C13 firmware, and to my surprise, it worked on the very first attempt!
What's even stranger is that I personally opened the printer and confirmed that the motherboard is marked C14. However, when I checked the original screen, it was labeled C13. It seems this was a manufacturing mistake.
What I want to tell you, my friends, is this: if the firmware for your printer's reported motherboard version doesn't work, try the other version as well. I wasn't the only one who ran into this ridiculous issue.
It honestly seems like Creality's workers were asleep while assembling these printers. 😅
Nebula pad with C14 Motherboard (Abnormal nozzle! Please check according to the instructions)
I recently purchased the Nebula Pad Kit for my Ender 3 V3 SE with the C14 motherboard. Because the required files were not available and I didn't know that the C14 motherboard requires specific firmware files, I made several incorrect attempts to install the firmware.
After that, I received the STM32 firmware files from Creality Support. I copied them to an SD card formatted as FAT32 with a 4096-byte allocation unit size. I also updated the Nebula Pad to the latest version. However, every time I try to complete the setup, I first get the message "System error, try restarting", followed by "Abnormal nozzle! Please check according to the instructions." After that, I cannot continue with the setup process.
I have already checked all the cables, and everything is connected correctly. The printer was working perfectly before I installed the Nebula Pad. I also contacted Creality Support, but unfortunately they have not been helpful.
