Hi all, I avoided posting this for some time but after 4 months of trying to get my money back I have no sympathy.

I payed Jack Brennan of Thames Salvage about 2000£ 4-5 months ago, to move my boat to his yard. All seemed to be going well until he suddenly stopped responding to all forms of contact. He messaged me back 2 months later saying someone in his family had died, I contacted him 10-20 more times after this to get my money and my keys but no response. I am naming and shaming him and his company to help protect other boaters.

Hey all. i’m 35, 5ft8. Been cutting for the last 4-5 months with the last 2 months being incredibly strict (1600 cals, 150g protein, no alcohol, no fast food). I am proud to be 14kg down and everyone’s commenting on how different I look, but to me i still look super fat / nowhere near where I want to be. Any idea how long cutting until I don’t look bad anymore ? I want low body fat, no belly and boobs.

Is this normal? i’m using the camera to make a short film with a lot of dialogue and i’m worried the noise will fuck up all of my audio. It comes from near tape deck and makes no noise when the camera is on without a tape inserted.
