Nervt es euch, wenn ihr an einem Feiertag E-Mails und Infos bekommt, euch dadurch irgendwie gedrängt fühlt, sie zu lesen, und dann schnell gestresst seid, weil eigentlich frei ist und man trotzdem gedanklich wieder in die Arbeit reinrutscht?

Oder arbeitet ihr selbst an Feiertagen (im White-Collar-Bereich), wenn ja, warum, und verschickt ihr dann auch E-Mails?

Edit: Kontext: Sagen wir es hat sich viel angestaut und ihr habt eigentlich viel zu tun..

I'm starting a new job monday next week. The LEA in Berlin is finally (after over 2 years) processing my file and asked me to send them final documents which i did. Right away they told me I need to send them proof of unterminated employment after I passed probationary period in 6 months.

It puts a lot of pressure on me. Probationary period anything can go wrong, even I if I do everything right, who knows if my employer wants to keep me past that period.

So my question is: What happens if I don't pass? Will i get rejected or will they park my file until I can proof in a new employment that I pass my probation?

I've worked one full year after finishing my bachelor's degree, I was born here and lived here my entire life.

Hi everyone,

after over 2 years there is finally some movement. They asked me for documents and I submitted them, but since I start a new job next monday, they right away told me that I will have to send further docs until I pass my probezeit in 6 months at my new job, which is slightly frustrating (I live here my entire live, have a Berufsausbildung, Abitur, a bachelor's degree and have worked full time, I'm 35 and born here).

Anyway there is another issue. They said I need to sign an attached document which is the FDGO / Loyalitätserklärung but while in gmail it's never visible (they send it twice) in the Macbook Mail app it's visible but once downloaded, it can't be opened and says it's an empty file. Any idea how I can solve this? I've already messaged them but I wonder if there is a problem I can solve..

Well thanks and also I would appreciate any experience with Probezeit as well. I'm scared to not pass and lose my shot.
