I let my brother use my legion 5 pro for a while after I upgraded to a desktop pc. Eventually I got it back after a year or so but the charger was broken and the laptop was out of battery. I asked him if the laptop was broken and he said no. It took me a while to pull the trigger on a new charger as they're quite expensive and I wasn't gonna use the laptop regardless but I decided to set it up as an emulation device in the living room and bought a charger to do so and... It's not like this all the time but it starts to look like this after a few minutes.
Windows has been reinstalled and both windows and graphics drivers are up to date. Gpu overclock has been disabled through bios (it was on by default.)
From what I know (which is admittedly very little) this means the GPU is fucked. If so then can I buy and external gpu and use that?
