Those who do more than one type of meditation daily, what does that routine look like.

I want to add body scanning into my routine but dont know where to fit it in.

In the dream i found love. It was an innocent, childlike love, and it felt like infinity.

It made me realize that if my first thought about people is sex, i will never have more in my relationships, because any other potential feelings will be stiffled by feelings of lust.

Sexuality may be nice but i want more than just that. I want to be infinite, lol. Peace.
